Summary: We really had a great stay at this property! The house was as advertised and extremely clean inside. The view was excellent and location was perfect. Jeremy the property manager went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely rent this property and through this group again!

Summary: My son goes to Lee's McRae and is up there this summer doing clinicals. He has Friday off so we came up to get a break and see him for a few. It was a great location. We could see the mountains from every balcony. The hot tub was great. It had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the games that were available. I'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: Such a lovely place to stay, and managed by such great person! The house was wonderful, the view one of the best I have seen, and Jeremy was great! The place was as shown in the pictures. We arrived in the pouring rain with water running down the mountains and the roads but it cleared up the next day. And parking was so convenient to the front door and shelter! No outside steps to climb! Watching the shadows and fog on Grandfather Mountain was my favorite thing to do. We could see how well the community has worked together to come back from Hurricane Helene, signs of damage all over, but everything is working just fine! Please support this community with a visit.

Summary: Our family loved our time at Higher Elevation! The home was exactly what we needed for time together without feeling too squished. We enjoyed the board games, hot tub, and game room.
